About This Program
This program is designed for anyone who is looking to get started or continue with a general strengthening program. This program avoids all of the large exercises like Deadlifts, Barbell Squats, Barbell Bench Presses etc. These large exercises for as great as they are are not ideal for someone who is having issues with joint stability, range of motion or and shoulder or lower back issues. This program is designed to progress someone from a general program to a more specific intermediate program
