I think personal training is too hard! Is it for me?

The benifit of 1 on 1 personal training is that each session caters to your needs and abilities. The goal of training is not to start when you can handle the hardest workouts but to be able to be better each time. My job as a personal training is to match the appropriate training intensity to your ability making you better each and every time.

Is online training worth it?

If you have the dedication to make it to the gym each and every day and the ability to get through a workout by yourself with limited supervision then online training is optimal for you! Each training program is created for YOU! Your abilities, your goals, your weaknesses an your strengths. The benifit to online training is there is no thought necessary. You are provided with the ideal program for you and all you have to do is do it! Your results are closely monitored and the next program is designed to keep you progressing!
